Be careful with any Cabelas deals at the moment. They cancelled 4 of my items and they do not let you know that they have done this. They will not email to let you know about cancellations. You will only find out if you check orders in your account or you call them to ask what happened to your order. According to Customer Service, the online system does not have accurate inventory. Also, they place a hold on gift card payments. If you use one to pay and your order is cancelled, you have to call them to refund your gift card. So be aware and check up on any orders you place!
Oh wow! I just quickly signed in as guest and filled out info. So I probably have no way of tracking that. Darn. I didn’t want to miss the deal.

Same here!!! They cancelled my order without any notice. This is not good Cabellas!!!! I was expecting this gift for my grandmother and now I donāt have a present for her. ā¹ļø Very, Very!!! Disappointed.

I ordered a pair of shoes for my husband last night and my order was cancelled. Cabelas did not tell me the order was cancelled…I had to look at my credit card statement to see that I received a credit. Not very good customer service…..
I ordered the coat deal, was charged, but never received an email so I can’t track it or pull up an invoice to dispute the charges. Still trying to figure out what to do.
You should be able to create a Cabelas account and pull it up. I checked out as a guest several times and then decided to make an account to track my orders since there were so many problems and every order was on there
The weird thing was it said it didn’t recognize my email even though I’ve ordered on the site several times before!
I have actually gotten email notifications from cabela about my orders being back ordered, and then another email later telling me itās cancelled. But it was titled as āyour order has been changedā and the status on the item
I ordered a shirt from them last week and never got the confirmation email. I called them and sure enough the order had been cancelled. I got a cancellation notice 2 days ago…a week after my original order.
