Too much money for too old of a product. Electronics are outdated within 6 months-1 year. The series 3 is out now. Spend the money.
Even though this is 3 years old, it still comes with a 1 year warranty when bought new. That way you still have support for any issues it may have. Granted Apple products are expensive, I believe this would be a great starter watch for college students or anyone looking to be introduced to this technology.
There are confused people here. The original Apple Watch (series 0) came out in 2015. Series 1 came out fall of 2016, the same time as Series 2. Series 2 is discounted, as is the original watch. Series 1 is NOT a 3 year old watch. And there are those that are quite content with the features of Series 1. With that said, great deal! Thanks!
