No need for this expensive thing! A squeeze bottle type nasal irrigation bottle works great and gives you better control. You don’t even need the expensive packets of irrigation solution mix. My allergist said to add plain sea salt to warm water just until you could taste it on the tip of your finger. Plus the squeeze bottle is easy to clean.
