   I would love to order some things, particularly those antique stone rings (so pretty!) but the last deal I ordered from Tilly’s – those Disney shoes if anyone remembers, paid via PayPal and they never, ever shipped. After 2.5 weeks of waiting for them to ship (according to Tilly’s estimate I should have long since had them by then). I sent them a very nicely worded email, simply saying I was getting concerned as my ordered had yet to ship after such a long time and if they could give me an update or otherwise let me know what was going on, I would really appreciate it. Well, they NEVER replied! I was so disappointed I vowed never to buy anything from them again. Just wanted to forewarn everyone that your order may never ship, and you won’t hear a word from Tilly’s about it!

  Same thing happened to me but they did respond and said my card declined the transaction. I double checked and they never attempted to run it. This was my first time trying to order from them. I even received a shipping notice shortly after I placed the order ?!?!

  Same experience here. Ordered in Sept, email said I should get it by Oct 22. I kinda forgot about it, and emailed them when I remembered it. Never got a response. I used PayPal so since it didn’t ship, my card wasn’t charge. But boy, never again! I wish someone from corporate reads our posts…

  The same thing happened to me with the Disney shoes. I emailed them twice with no response, then finally called last week. After waiting on hold for 20 minutes, the representative told me that the item had sold out and that my card was not charged. He said that I should’ve received an email notification, and apologized for the miscommunication. I would never fault a customer service representative, but Tilly’s needs to get their act together during high sales events like Black Friday!

   Interesting. I’ve ordered from them in the past and never had a problem with my order. I hate it when stuff like that happens though. I definitely don’t tend to give companies like that a second chance.

   I also ordered last time (black friday?) with the Disney shoes, my order still says processing on the website. After a week or so the pending charge dropped off my credit card, but all of my emails asking for an update on my order have gone unanswered.

   I’ve been ordering from this site since probably high school (maybe early college days) and I’m now 28. I’ve never had an issue ordering from this site. I just placed an order. I love their sales and always love their stuff. Most stuff isn’t made to last – but what is these days. Pretty basic quality like Forever 21, Rue 21, Charlotte Russe, etc. Thanks for posting this deal!

   I had the same experience as the others who have already commented. I ordered from them for the first time around Black Friday. My orders STILL say processing. I exchanged multiple emails with them before they stopped replying altogether. First they tried telling me I hadn’t waited long enough for my order to arrive (not true according to the shipping timeline on their website), then they said they were “escalating” the order to fulfillment from individual stores instead of their warehouse. Finally I just asked them to cancel the order (because what store leaves orders in a perpetual state of “processing”!?!?) so that I don’t get a surprise charge on my credit card, they just stopped replying. I’m now very hesitant to ever order from them again, which is a shame because they have some good deals…if they ever ship.

   I ordered from them a few years ago and had a bad experience. It wasn’t even the holidays, so didn’t understand why my order was still “processing” almost a month later. After a few emails (unanswered by them), I finally disputed the charge with my CC co. They were real quick to get a resolution, something like my order was on hold b/c they didn’t have the inventory in the warehouse. Like they could have at least sent out an email that shipping would be delayed til XX date! I told the rep they could just cxl the order, b/c it was a gift and I long bought something else.
