If you are a Starbucks Reward member, check your inbox or the Starbucks app for a possible offer good for a FREE handcrafted drink when you purchase any food or drink product between today, January 5th through January 7th and pay with your registered Starbucks card or app.
The email will be coming from the email address Starbucks@e.starbucks.com with the subject line “Tomorrow’s order: Free handcrafted drink”.
The coupon for a free handcrafted drink will load to your account within 24 hours and will be valid for 7 days after you make a qualifying purchase (just check the pay tab in the app or ask your barista to use it). To get the best deal, consider purchasing an inexpensive food item or a small coffee to earn the FREE drink coupon.

I have had problems all week getting my place for the Starbucks for life. I have received one a few times this week.
YES! Both my husband and myself haven’t gotten plays in at least 2 days! I’ve cleared my cookies, signed in and out and changed computers 3 times and still nothing! I have to contact them again about this problem. Last year the same thing happened during the last week of plays. So frustrating!
I also had problems for the last two days with getting plays for Starbucks for life. I did receive it for today. I won 75 points and 10 bonus points a few times. Perhaps they are over me winning. Like most of you I have one missing piece on each row. Just been getting duplicates
Didn’t get the coupon. Starbucks for Life game . . . have been playing every day since it started and I just need one more for every prize, but I just keep getting duplicates, such a bummer.

Also, make sure you actually get bonus stars from star dashes and menu challenges you participate in. I had to email them to get my 50 stars from the last one I did. I have to say, though, Starbucks customer service has been excellent in resolving any issues I’ve brought to their attention!

Just curious, has anyone won anything on starbucks for life? I did get 20 stars but I’m starting to wonder if it’s worth the hassle of going to the website each day to play.
just a few stars for me, too. Seems like I had better luck in years past. Pretty much, I have all of the tokens except the ones that win anything. The bonus stars I’ve won have been just bonus stars, not a collect 3 to get a larger number. I’ve pretty much given up on it as it’s time consuming to request the free tokens
I won the 50 stars match and an additional 40 stars from instant win. I had horrible luck in years past. this is the first time that it’s been good for me.

I’ve been getting kid size cups of their hot cocoa lately and trying all the varieties. It’s only $2 and a perfect size drink for me. I suggest trying them they are delicious and would make a nice treat for the kiddos.
I don’t think this offer applies to ALL reward members. They split their promos several ways so some get one kind of reward offer, some others get a different kind, and still others get something else. When I checked with my co-worker if she got the same offer that i got, she said she got something different. I didn’t get the free drink with purchase offer, instead I got a different offer of 100 bonus stars if I buy 3 certain products in yesterday’s email.
That’s what I have, too. Buy a sandwich, frap, and caramel macchiato from today til Sunday for 100 stars. I always have the 2 plays, but I never won anything but 30 stars. I agree with the comment earlier that Starbucks customer service is really awesome. Remember that BOGO coupon we got here (text message) in mid-December? I tried using it in 2 different Starbucks and barista didn’t honor it on both locations . I write to CS and ask if it was legit, sent them a screenshot, and they said it’s legit, and gave me $5 credit for the inconvenience 🙂
