Bummer! Is that possibly because of shipping? It looks like it’s still working to me. If you select ship to store it should take shipping cost off or login to your Red Card account with regular shipping. Hope that helps!

I had the same problem with the size 11 showing $19.99 in the cart but $5.15 before that, and with a screen shot I was able to get the difference refunded by chat.
