      Yes, it is free to join the rewards program at JoS Bank. I signed up and order things for my fiance.

    Wow! Put a sweater in my basket and went back to order a second one in a different color and not only was that out of stock, I received a message saying my cart was empty! Not a very friendly company, in my opinion!

      I ordered about 20 items ( polo shirts, shorts, socks, boxers, no sweaters) at 6am this morning from there. Only 1 went out of stock while I was shopping, pajama pants. Just ordered a different color and went into cart. I think once word got out available stock got wiped out. I’ve always had good experience with Jos a Bank and Men’s Warehouse. If you sign up for promotions you’ll get notified earlier.

      How is selling out of stock make them an unfriendly company?

        I think once you put something in your shopping cart, you should at least have a minute or two before the item is removed and sold to someone else. If you click on something and it’s available to put into your cart, shouldn’t the next person find it sold out? I wanted two items and ended up with nothing. So many other sites will at least warn a customer that the item is running low or something along those lines, but they don’t pull it from one customer’s cart to add it to someone else’s. That’s what I meant by being unfriendly.

          If you look underneath the item size selection box there is a warning that says low item stock and it also says low stock when you add it to the cart underneath the edit and remove button on the JoS A. bank’s website. I purchased a sweater and a pair of pants and noticed this on both items.

    I was also having trouble with shipping, even with my rewards program account. I called customer service, they were so nice, and after almost 30 minutes on the phone with them, I got free shipping and will be receiving a $50 e-reward just for taking the time to contact them. That’s what I call customer service!
