Im interested in the deal but not really familiar with their rewards programs. Are there exclusions for what you can redeem the shopyourway points on?? For instance, can I use points for baby food or groceries?
I think it’s anything from Sears and Kmart. I’ve even used my points at the Sears auto center to get oil changes done on my car. I’m not really sure about the “FreeCash” points and how it’s different than ShopYourWay. I did notice that I tried to order a highchair off of Sears and it wouldn’t let me apply my $12 FreeCash because it said the item was part of their marketplace shipping from BabiesRUs. Otherwise, I’ve never had any trouble if it says it’s from Sears/Kmart.

FREECASH is kinda like a store coupon in that it only applies to items sold by that store in particular, may or may not be available across both SEARS.COM and Kmart.com (check the details for Purchase requirements), and are single use. MOST (but not all) FREECASH offers are NOT able to be combined (again check details), however there are certain instances in which FREECASH may be combined with coupons. If you use your regular point balance, you’ll still be able to use your FREECASH if you make a qualifying Purchase, but notice, your estimated points that your order will earn you USUALLY drops after you apply your points. When you add qualifying items to your cart, FREECASH will be applied automatically, but it might not select the best freecash offer available. Just add and remove stuff til you get it right or ask for help from customer service. FREECASH used to be called SUPERCASH and may still be called that by some. FREECASH offers DO have expiration dates, can be earned through playing sweeps, through targeted emails (check your order confirmations), as Catalina’s in store, and by just logging in.
I won’t chance buying the diapers but has anyone used these wipes? I’m not a name brand snob but I would appreciate feedback cuz a crappy wipe is a crappy wipe (pun intended!!!) and we don’t need anyMORE mess around here! LOL

Just tried them last week for the first time, they are smaller and thinner than other kinds. I prefer pampers or even aldis wipes to these. But we go through so many, so for free (I used points) they are ok.
They are similar to target brand wipes but a little thinner

How do you get 43 back when the total is only 36? Am I missing something?
I think it’s because they are also offering back $1 in points for every $5 you spend.
The extra dollar for every five spent won’t be available until February, it will post on Shop Your Way as pending.

I love this deal! Last time i stocked up on toilet paper, it’s actually decent, and other household essentials. I still have garbage bags. Then I was able to buy anything with the points. Awesome!

I don’t know what is going on with their website but I have added these items to my cart 5 times now- I click go to checkout, it says my cart is empty. I started over again, added them again, it shows this and the previous order now in the cart, go to checkout, nothing in the cart, repeat, over and over. So frustrating but I have 3 pregnant nieces I’d love to get free diapers .
I’m having problems too. It’s giving me the 100% back in points till I go to checkout then it’s going down to only 25% . trying to pay with credit card not points so that’s not the issue. gonna wait till later tonight hopefully the website will be working better

Hmm, are you using a coupon or paying with points? That can alter the amount you can earn.
No, I would be paying for the order but I do have points in my account. I am not sure if that could be causing it.
I just chatted with them and she said it’s a glitch they’re aware of and should be fixed within 24 hours.

Darn! I still find the items above to earn 100% back. Are you by chance paying with points Or maybe have a coupon applied to your purchase? That can alter the amount you can earn. Hope this helps!
I have added all the correct items and i go all the way to checkout and it still doesn’t reflect correct points. Amber have u readded these items and gone all the way to checkout? I believe if u do u will see it is not adding them correctly.
When u click on items yes it doea say 100% back in points but when added to cart and going to checkout it doesn’t reflect correct points

I’m also having trouble with the getting the 100% cash back in points and I’ve been trying since yesterday. It says the little ones diapers are eligible for 100% cash back in points but when I select them it only shows that I will get 25%. I’m so bummed 🙁

Sorry for the confusion Jodi! We decided to expire the post yesterday as this deal was no longer working as listed. However, after testing again today, it looks to be working again!
So apparently you can only apply the points in the department’s that they specify. I did this deal thinking I could use the point on anything but I have to spend $7 on apparel, and the other points are broken up in various departments. Why would they micromanage the points like that? I wouldn’t have even ordered if I knew I’d be wasting $7 of points on apparel.
When did you make your order? It took 4 days for the 100% points to be credit to my account. The offer you received $7 in apparel are extra offers they sent you, has nothing to do with the order you made.
I received $5 in clothing, $5 off $15 in home & $5 in sporting goods as well as the 100% in points and the $1 for every $5 I spent.
Has anyone received the bonus points once the items were delivered? The items were delivered on the 18th but I have not received the bonus points ($57) yet. The email said that the points would be available once the items were shipped.
Mine was also delivered on the 18th, and I did not receive points. I called customer service and they had to manually enter them for me.
