Mine’s not working either
At what point do you do the mobile order? When you are at the restaurant or before you go? I have a hard time grasping this concept for ‘fast food’. I just would not want my order cold. Do you pick up through the drive through and what do you tell them? How do they know when you will arrive? So many questions – thanks in advance to anyone who had tried this!
There is special parking for mobile orders. Pull into a space and tell them you’ve arrived. They’ll bring the food to you.
You can order whenever. Then when you get there you use the app to tell them you are there and that’s when your payment goes through, assuming your payment does go through. I tried the mobile ordering one time and when I got there and submitted my order it told me to I had to go inside to complete my order. They never got my order so I had to order it inside anyway. Haven’t given it a second try yet. Maybe this deal will be a good incentive.
So I’m wondering if I can do this if I don’t have data? McDonald’s doesn’t have wifi so can I do it at home? And then go pick it up? Does anyone know about that?
Do you mean your McDonald’s doesn’t have wifi? Every location I have been to(AR, CA, LA, MO, MS) since they started providing free wifi has had it.
I was there a couple of months ago and at that time they did not have it. The lady next to me was getting shut down when she tried to order and use a screenshot of the deal so I’m pretty sure it wasn’t only me.
This is a good deal. I saw it in the app this morning.
For some reason my husband and my app hasn’t had any deals since the new year. Ugh! Deleted the app and reinstalled and still nothing. Totally stinks.
Me too and I have no idea why. It only shows the made offers.

You have to be close to a McDonald’s in order for it to show the deals. Try and see if that works!

On my app. If not using mobile order it’s a free cheeseburger with dollar order. A free sandwich with dollar with mobile order. Expires in six days. I haven’t used mobile order yet but I’m trying tomorrow, that’s how we learn, right???
I just did this tonight! Bought a small fry and got a free Big Mac! Very easy to order on the mobile app, my order was ready when I got there.
I did try this for the first time today. It worked out to a really cheap lunch. I am not sure if I will keep the app, I do not like to store payment methods online and this will not let me delete my card information. But for $2.12 I did get a cheap lunch and it was really quick. I gave them my 4 digit order # at the drive through and was out in a flash.
Funny, I just came home from McDonalds and once again had problems with their app. I tried three times to enter my credit card information to get the free sandwich on the app and it just wouldn’t work I gave up. Its the second time I’ve tried and it won’t work

I have not tried mobile order yet. Can I delete the credit card information on my app after I place the order? I don’t want the information on my tablet ( don’t have a data phone).

When do you apply the coupon?
I’ve tried ordering and getting the theee dollars off mobile pay deal. It never popped up, 3 dollars never came off my order. Really love to know how it works. Do you scan it once you get there?
Assume App Deal is buy a breakfast sandwich and get a free hash brown.
Do I enter 1 sandwich, 1 hash brown, and then load the deal?
i have been trying for two weeks to get that free sandwich with a dollar order but have yet figured out how to apply the coupon to mobile order. no one even has a you tube video out on how to do it yet.

i had to delete the app and re download it for the coupons to show on the mobile order. then it gave me an option to drive through, park, or go inside so i walked inside and then they messed it up deleted my order so the manager had to discount my sandwich an i had to pay at the counter. i will not try the walk in method for the mobile app again.

I still can’t get my account on the app to add my payment card so I can’t complete my order. I don’t know why they can’t fix that.
