Be careful ordering from them. I ordered from Dooney got an order confirmation then about 10 days later received an email that they were unable to fulfill my order. Was on the fence with a few other items but because it took them 10 days to tell me my order couldn’t be fulfilled all the items I had been looking at were gone. So upset.
Same thing happened to me but I didn’t get an email about the cancel I just got the money refunded to my card. By this time the sale was over.
Anyone know how to clean a d&b purse. I got one for xmas used it for the weekend and it’s discolored from rubbing on my hip.
Try baby wipes! They get some of the jean dye off my fossil purses.

I agree with the not very good customer service. I ordered a sports bag when it was last posted. But it arrived with stained blue spots on the white portion of the bag. I tried calling their customer service number but ended up waiting more than an hour for a representative but no one ever came on. I tried calling another day, but the same thing. So I figured I’d try emailing them. So far just waiting on their response.

Try posting on their social media pages. Companies do not want bad publicity out there. I’ve had great success doing this for Target and one other store (can’t remember the brand). They responded almost immediately. Comment on their Facebook wall or tag them in a Tweet. It gets their attention.
I’ve had the opposite experience with their customer service. I returned a bag purchased from a sale posted here a couple months ago. Although UPS lost the package, they were able to contact them and I got my money back.

Check out their rating on BBB before purchasing. I had a horrible experience too. I had a recording tell me multiple times they were not taking calls. How can a customer service department just say we won’t accept calls and disconnect you?
