I’ve ordered from them twice. Once I heard nothing and they just refunded me. The second time, I ordered and it said it shipped. A couple weeks later I questioned what happened and they send a badly worded and misspelled email claiming a warehouse worker stole product and they wouldn’t be able to send me my items.
It was odd, really odd but they did refund me.
I don’t trust them. I think they are a site with 3rd party sellers and the item I ordered was damaged…They won’t do anything about it and stopped responding to emails.
Is this sold anywhere else? I would love it for shoe storage!
I’ve ordered from them maybe a dozen times over several years and never had an issue.

If you have little ones ones in daycare, preschool or elementary school, a storage bench like this is life changing! It seems so obvious but I wish I’d gotten one of these years ago. Store shoes in the baskets, hats/gloves in the drawers and backpacks on top

I LOVE this! We desperately need something like this in our entry way.
I have ordered from Rakuten twice and no issues! The second time was from a third party seller who contacted me about my order and to confirm it before it was shipped. No issues with either order, but neither order was furniture… (PS – Ebates generally has good Rakuten %’s because they two companies are connected!)
