Iām always on the look out for waterproof work boots in black for my husband. His go to brand is red wing (which I love and is made in the USA), but even with proper care he goes through a pair every 6months. Iām always looking for a lower cost pair to supplement his favorite work boots.

Keen boots are very comfortable. Not only that but, their customer service is outstanding! I had a pair and the eyelet ripped after a few wears and they replaced them for free. All I had to do was send a picture of the boots.

Sams club has Eddie Bauer boots that look similar and are waterproof for $18 at my club.
I hiked the grand canyon rim to rim with Keen boots. They are the most comfortable pairs of shoes I own. When I know I am going to be on my feet all day ( regardless of how much walking I do), these are my go-to shoes. I’ve had my Keens for 3 years, and they still look brand new. I have scrubbed the heck out of them after a couple of muddy trails, they shine up like a new penny. You will love these.

Nvm, customer service said these can be returned for $6.95 return shipping or $2.95 for an exchange.
If you have a store nearby you can return online purchases for free.
Are these good for very cold weather?
I wouldn’t say they are. My husband and I wear similar style for work everyday and when it get cold like below freezing and snowy I wear different ones for work and are more insulated with thick socks.
