   Just visit a Starbucks in Target & order your frap. Before you pay, scan the 25% cartwheel in the Target app & discount should work automatically. If it does not, get the barista to manually take off the discount. If all else fails, check out Dunkin Donuts or McDonalds, they have the same drinks for cheaper prices! Both DD & MCDs have apps with rewards or a digital punch card.
