I hate cash back deals. πŸ™
Don’t know how to work them

I love Ibotta. I find it very easy to use. You scan thru the list of available rebates for the store you are going to and activate it. Sometimes that requires watching a short video or answering a multiple choice question. When shopping, you can scan the barcode of the item to make sure you are buying the correct item for the rebate. After you shop, you take a photo of the receipt and send it to them. There are bonuses that can make a big difference as well. I’ve been using it for 5 years now and have saved about $700! They sometimes have rebates that are for more than the value of the item, which is always fun! And sometimes I can submit my receipt to both Ibotta and Checkout 51 and get rebates for the same items on both apps. If you are interested in giving it a try, my referral code is rztw. You will get a $10 welcome bonus as well!!

They are not hard at all, especially ibotta. I have been using it for a little over a year and have cashed out around $150.00. It’s really simple to add your rewards card to the app, we have Food Lion here so I just put in my MVP card and then I don’t have to scan receipts. For walgreens you just buy what is shown on the app, then take a photo of your receipt and you get the cash back. Once you have enough money to cash out you just withdraw or you can buy gift cards, etc. If you would like to sign up and give it a shot my link is:

Be careful- these made my skin break out!

    • Amber (Hip2Save Sidekick)

Oh no! Thanks for the warning!

    • lisa

Could it be because of the seaweed? Or unless there is an ingredient you are allergic too.

How do I get the coupon to print? I signed up, selected the coupon and sent it to myself via email as instructed. I got the email but when I clicked on the Get coupon button it sends me right back to the healthy essentials web page where I started.

    • Amber (Hip2Save Sidekick)

Darn! Be sure your are signed to find the “Print” option in the red bar to the left of the page once you have selected your coupon. We are still able to print that way. Hope this helps!

  5. Camila

Hello! Recently I been having problems with my coupons that don’t scan neither target or walmart, I am thinking that it might be a problem with my printer maybe?? Any recommendations?

    • Ann

Is your ink low? Sometimes mine wouldn’t scan if ink was low on my ink jet printer.

  6. AilineAZ

Coupon is not coming up for me πŸ™

    • Holly (Hip2Save Sidekick)

Darn! It does seem to be working for me. Have you possibly printed it before?

  7. Judy

Good luck getting Walgreens to take a printed coupon. I gave up. My time is too valuable to get all the way to the cashier and then when the coupon won’t scan they refuse it.

    • Amber (Hip2Save Sidekick)

Oh bummer! Sorry to hear it has been such a hassle trying to redeem this coupon at your Walgreens! πŸ™

  8. moria

    Thanks. Great deal

    • Amber (Hip2Save Sidekick)

You’re so welcome! I agree! Awesome deal for sure! I need to grab it myself!

  9. Tess

If you use the phone number associated with your Walgreens account thing it’ll only cost 4.50! So you make 1.50

  10. Prit

I did this deal yesterday but I got $4 cash back from ibotta πŸ˜‚

    • Amber (Hip2Save Sidekick)

      Wow! Great score Prit!

Where is the Ibotta Rebate? I saved it a few days ago, purchased the items, and now this morning I can’t find the offer at all! 😑

    • Amber (Hip2Save Sidekick)

Darn! Looks like the offer is gone now πŸ™ Thanks for the heads up!

  12. Sisi Bee

It says the offer has expired.

    • Sisi Bee

      The Ibotta offer.

    • Amber (Hip2Save Sidekick)

Oh bummer! I am seeing that as well now as I click through. Thanks for the heads up!

  13. Bon
