Hi there! Great question! I just spoke with a Target Customer Service Representative via online chat and they informed me that if you are not happy with any items in your box that you can ship the box back or return it to your store and get credit towards a new one. If you only want to return one or a few of your items you would receive a refund or credit for those items. Be sure to bring you packing slip or proof of subscription with you. Hope that helps! If that’s the case then their statement of: “3. Dress up your little one & make sure it all fits. Keep what you love & return what you don’t.” is very misleading. I wonder if you were given incorrect information.

Interesting premise, and I do like their stuff. But seeing as how our size is unavailable anyway, I’ll sit this one out and see how people like the first round of boxes.
I went ahead and subscribed for baby girl due in May a couple days ago. I love target’s baby clothing so it was a gamble I am willing to take.
Looks like they are sold out of boys sizes larger than 6-9 months.
There sizes run way too small for my kids to even chance this. My 9month old was wearing 2T bathing suits and leggings from them. This might work if your kids run on the smaller/thinner side. GL

That’s a shame they only go up to 24 months. My youngest is just going into that size so it wouldn’t be worth it to subscribe for one box. I love Cat & Jack though! Great quality and they have such cute clothes.
This seems interesting, but costs more than I’m wiling to spend without knowing exactly what you get.
I agree. My child wears Cat And Jack clothing frequently but $38 for a gamble box is a little steep IMO.
My box came today. There are definitely some cute items and some that just aren’t going to work. One problem is there is no indication for what each items costs. It’s a bit frustrating. I guess I’ll be visiting customer service in the near future. I wish the box would’ve included a breakdown each item.
I receive my box, there were some cute items, most were just ok. I tried to return some of the items and nothing would scan properly. They called customer service and customer service said that I had to return everything to get a refund. Very disappointing.
