Happy Friday: Pampers, Thank You For Going Above & Beyond
Sent from reader, Kelly:
Hi! I just thought I’d take this opportunity to highlight some awesome customer service I received from Pampers! So a few days ago, I get a letter in the mail from Pampers thanking me for taking the time to write to them, and they sent me two coupons for $10 off any Pampers.
I was really confused because I didn’t remember writing to them recently… and then I saw that the coupons were three years expired, and the letter was dated back in January 2015. So yep, this letter has been lost somewhere for three years! I wrote to Pampers and explained what happened, and I jokingly asked if they felt like sending new Pampers coupons. I got an e-mail back from them this morning apologizing (even though it was in no way their fault – the letter was postmarked three years ago!), and they are sending a $20 prepaid debit card to make up for the expired coupons! Talk about great customer service!

Very cool story! Kelly’s child is probably potty-trained by now, since it’s been 3 years!
That’s awesome! I emailed Duracell recently because a few batteries leaked on my daughters toy. After answering a few questions, I was able to clean out where the batteries had leaked and it worked again (thankfully). They were nice enough to send me a $5 coupon for any product.
That’s awesome! I had an issue with the pampers codes once and they gave me like 2,000 points to make up for it!
Sweet!
I wish Huggies had that good of customer service. I am so disappointed with their customer service☹️

I recently contacted huggies about their night time diapers not working for my son. They sent me $45 of gift card to pay for the 2 boxes of diapers I had bought. Very impressed.
Awesome story and there are some really bad example of customer service. We bought a leather recliner sofa set worth $1200 from American Signature and single recliner sofa has a scissors sewed up in the foot rest. When it was new, it was not noticeable, but when it gets old and warranty expired we noticed it’s a scissor. I went to store to ask them , if they can repair. They said, buy a new one like if it is a toy or something, we will finance. Then I talked to manager, he just denied no, no , we don’t use scissors, why u noticed so late. Didn’t even asked me to show the pictures, And he was really rude. Never experienced such Customer service before and will never go back to them again.
I’ve had absolutely terrible experiences with American Signature sofas and would never, ever buy from there again. We have had two defective pieces from them.
Recently I contacted PAmpers by phone to see what they can do to help me in buying diapers for my new Twins babies. They send me coupons for purchasing.Coupons was like $13,$5,two$2.
I’ve got twins too and found this on Pinterest. I wrote & called as many companies as possible and got so many coupons and freebies. Well worth it! Thought I’d give you the tip 🙂

I think some small males highjacked the comment area on your link.
I literally just LOLed!! Small males hahaha
Pampers has one of the best customer service I have ever seen. My kids are now 5 and 3 years old. My experience dates back to when I first purchased a pamper gift tote available at BabiesRUs and found one item missing. On contacting the store, they asked me to contact Pampers and so I emailed them describing the products missing. It was a pleasant surprise that the customer rep. not only sent me $10-$5 coupons, she actually sent a soft toy and a newborn onesie set for my little one.(I still have both items)…no doubt they won my loyalty for life:)
Best diapers ever,I have raised 4 kids using pampers.
Thanks for great quality.
That’s awesome!!!
Why isn’t pampers giving out codes anymore. Been very dry lately
Pampers is amazing! I had a pack of diapers where the side Velcro flap was defective. After contacting them, they sent me a prepaid card for my troubles. So generous! I also had a great experience with avent when I realized one of my bottles was always leaking due to a defect in the bottle rim.
I love pampers. I cashed in my rewards points for highlights magazines once. It didn’t work so they put the 1700 points back in my account and sent my the year subscription to highlights
magazine.
Wow! That’s great customer service!
