    Just wanted to let you know the update on the app on the iPhone is unusable for me. Please return to the old format. I’m back on the website because the update is so annoying. Used to be my favorite app.

      I noticed I only check the App once a day, after the update. Used to be 10 times if not more 😉

      I don’t like the new update either whenever I click on something instead of going directly to the site it takes me to the Hip2Save website so adds another step

      I don’t mind the format but what’s really annoying is that I have to manually close the app in order for it to refresh when I open it later. How can it take so long to fix it?

    Same problem for me. All of my old login info was lost and I had to sign up all over again. My new password didn’t work either. Had to eventually login through fb. Don’t like the new look either

    I agree with everyone else. I posted last week about the updates and others claimed they didn’t have them. Guess the updates happened for others. I’m considering deleting the app.

      I am one that puts off updating apps for this reason (not just H2S). I still have the version of the app that doesn’t have ads…

    Also, when it updated I had to login again and it wouldn’t take my password so I had to basically start over. It now tells me that I’m a Level 1, whatever that means.

    I somehow got an update (after trying my hardest to avoid one) and it has not gone well. I have to delete and reinstall the app just to refresh. After years of Hip2Save’n, I’m just about done. I hope this comment reads somewhat coherently, as I can only see one line at at a time.

      You must still have the old version. The new updated app that everyone is complaining about has the search button. Hopefully the glitches get worked out.

    Yes, this update is bad. But so was the last one. I can’t see what I’m writing, I can’t go back while I’m shopping through the Hip2Save links, you have to sign up now to even see anything, etc etc.
