We got this diffuser from one of the last posts about it. It works well and lights up my son’s room well enough for him to see to go to the bathroom at night. My only complaint—the top just SITS on. It doesn’t screw or snap on like my other diffusers. It’s an accident waiting to happen 😬
Maybe you just received a defective item. They have a 12-months warranty and you can always ask them to get a new replacement or refund.
