Omg if ever I’ve wanted to win something so bad it is now! Our mattress is so bad my husband can’t even sleep on it anymore because of the 3 herniated disks in his back due to lifting patients in ems and has been in the guest room for over a year. I have had the worst year. I am getting divorced after 45 years, had emergency surgery and now require 2 more surgeries and I had to lose my vacation to Disney due to my unexpected surgery. Because of all the stress I have not been sleeping well. I ordered a different mattress that had a 365 day sleep trial thinking it would be the answer to my prayers. Nope! Hard as a rock! It is going back! Even if I don’t win this I know it was a God send and I was supposed to find the Dreamcloud site. My next surgery is March 27th. I’d like to have a new bed before I get home from the hospital. I wish everyone luck for the drawing. I have read all the touching emails and many people deserve it too! Good luck everyone!!
My bed is so old and squeaky I want to cry each time I get in the bed and out the bed. Even if I try to ease up I know the whole apartment complex can hear it.
Wow this sounds like an amazing mattress. Would be nice to win one for my husband after surgery and my mom for when she comes over for me to care for. I am interested how her and her hubby liked sleeping on it. Did she notice a lot of off gassing chemical smells from the mattress? There are so many options out there so I really hope to win.
It just so happened we were looking for a new mattress just as we saw your video. I was convinced. Ordered. Item did not show up in 1-5 days as promised. Also, received no communication of a problem. Contacted them after a week, they stated delay and shipping problems with some other orders had caused delay but would for sure be shipped by the next Friday. Well, it’s Friday. No bed, no communication. Called, they stated delays that were unexpected and that for sure would ship by the 28th. That is 5 weeks after order! I said gee, I’m buying a product with a warranty that I can’t trust, because I can’t get the bed. No communication sadly, I cannot trust the warranty. Cancelled, now saying up to 10 days for refund. The mattress may be great and maybe I’m just missing out. He says they are letting people with new orders know about the issue, why they can’t contact people waiting to save business I don’t understand. Just letting everyone know my experience

This has been my experience as well, and I kind of knew it going in, because I researched the company before buying (BBB, independent reviews, etc). I just came to the conclusion that they are a small (and new) company, and after reading a statement that they have a hard time keeping up with orders (my guess is a lot of hip2savers ordered a mattress) but will not sacrifice quality-I’m giving the benefit of the doubt. I have been checking with them every week-I do wish they would stop telling me what they think I want to hear, like “at the latest it will ship early next week…” I’ve heard that twice now, lol. Just tell me what’s actually going on.
I agree. I have no problem with a long wait, I just want communication and a real date, which was not what I received. However, I wanted to update my post and say that I did receive my refund back to my card in a timely fashion. LOL, I’m really not unreasonable. I think that the thing to have done was to email everyone that wouldnt receive their order on time and update them. Instead right off a sour taste in my mouth. I work for an insurance company and your buying the promise that they’ll be there. Thats what I was buying from them on this warranty…so I think if it was just as you say small company trying to keep up that a email would have been a quick easy way to save business that went out the door. But, I hope everyone elses works out. I truly wanted the mattress. I have back/neck problems and was excited and eager to get it. I really do wish it had worked out differently. But, in fairness to them I wanted to let everyone know my refund came quickly
