    I couldn’t find the coupons…

Darn! To show up for me, I had to select Back to Nature in the “Brand” Box. Are you able to see it there?

Hi Mary! Have you tried zip code – 62946 ? I still find it available when trying that. 🙂

I haven’t been able to get Smart Source coupons to print for more than a month. First it said my default printer wasn’t supported. Now I just get some kind of Java error. I tried reaching out to them via their Facebook page and they said they’d look into it. I printed their ips for years without problems, now it seems I need to go buy new hardware to enable printing of this one company’s coupons? No thanks.
Frankly, I’m disgusted with them and their lack of effort to fix this.

Oh bummer! Sorry to hear about the printing troubles Tom! Have you downloaded Adobe Acrobat Reader? I find that prompt to appear as an option when going to print my offers. It is free to grab. If still having issues, be sure to try a different browser. Sometimes Explorer works better for me on these. Hoping that helps!

Amber. I have Acrobat. That’s not the problem. I’ve been printing SSource coupons w/o problems for years. Just in the past month they seem to have done some kind of weird Java update and now it won’t let me use the only printer I own to print with. I go through the normal process of downloading, and in the middle of the Acrobat normal “do you want to allow the printer to print this” prompt, I get Default Printer not recognized. Please change your default printer and try again. Well, I have no other printers. That problem persisted and now I just get a Java error message that seems security related. There’s just so many hoops I’ll jump through to save a buck. The fact that they are not on this just gives me a poor opinion of the marketing company. I doubt it’s the browser, since I download them without any problem. They just won’t print. But, hey, I’ll give it a shot.
