  Hi Amy! I was just able to confirm with customer service that the Military Discount can be used in store only.

  And not only can you only use the military discount in store, you also can not use it on sale items. I am a BIG fan of Lowes. They don’t limit it to full price items only.

   I have ordered furnace filters shipped to store and my HD does a return and rering with the military discount. Call your store and see if they will do that. I’m in Kentucky.
