I think it’s an Easter basket tutu- it’s not suitable for wearing, is my understanding. The headband sounds wearable. Hope that helps
Not sure if it is a separate tutu around the basket or if it is just a decoration on the basket. I added a question about thst on the website so we can check back later and see if it is answered. My little one is a 5T so i was wondering about size too. I may pop by store tomorrow and check if no answers before.

I picked one up last week. I paid about a dollar more, Its really cute however it did not fit my needs as I usually go big when making my Niece her basket. No the tutu is not wearable and the headband is hard plastic. I opted to return it before leaving the store. The box it was packaged it was small, so it also lost its shape. I just didn’t feel like dealing with that either.. For the price tho , it is cute and functional
Virgina, I wish I would have seen your comment before placing an order for two baskets for my granddaughters. I have a feeling that I might be returning these but I will look at them and see what I think about the ones that are shipped to my store for me. Susan, I think the only problem with waiting is that you might not find enough tutu baskets for your party. That’s a chance you risk not buying before the holiday. I never find many baskets after Easter at Walmart anyways so I personally would not recommend waiting. Good luck!

I purchased this when the deal came on this page before. I was really disappointed with the quality, but for the price you get what you pay for.
I have no use for mine and will be giving it away. The headband is hard plastic and would most likely be uncomfortable for ur child.
Ooh, could DIY the basket. I have tons of tulle in dark purple from the bed bath and beyond self-serve gift wrapping station.
