Is the “make a size” deal only online?
No, it should work in store as well but the in store price may vary on those. You will also be able to use the Cartwheel on them.
I just ordered and was able to buy only two online with free shipping. I got my extra 5% by opting for a subscription which I then cancel. For whatever reason I did not have to spend $25.

Any thoughts on how these compare to Bounty? That is typically the only brand I buy because store brands tend to be so much thinner.
