Today, March 29th only – after 3PM, is the time for Starbucks Reward members to redeem the 50% off ANY Handcrafted Espresso Beverage offer that was sent out via email earlier this week. Please note – this offer excludes brewed coffee, as well as bottled and Starbucks Reserve beverages.
If you received this same email, this offer has already been loaded to your account – just apply it when you order ahead or tell your barista you’d like to redeem. But remember – it is only valid today after 3PM.

Are frappuccinos included in this deal?
I don’t think so. You can check which drinks are avaliable on the starbucks app under the expresso drinks category. Drinks that should qualify include: Macchiatos, Americanos, Mochas, Lattes, Cappuccinos, and Expressos.
But there are iced versions of each of those drink types. To see the categories on the app select Order –> Menu –> Espresso Drinks. There will be a list of categories that qualify as espresso drinks, and under each category there will be a list of each specific drink option.

When I look on my app and go to pay, there is an expiration date that reads (expires on 3/30/18) Does this mean I can still use it tomorrow? There is no possible way I am making it to a Starbucks today 🙁

Be careful! I has some stars that had an expiration of 3/2 but when I tried to use them on that date, they had already expired the day before!
My app read 3/30 but when I logged in from a computer it said 3/29. I wish they were more consistent! I Did enjoy my latte yesterday though 🙂

FYI, I got a message on my app, as I’m sure everyone else did, that starting March 27th, the birthday reward can only be redeemed on your birthday only. No more 2 or 3 days prior to your birthday. So you have to show up at Starbucks on your birthday if you want your freebie.

My Target had a sign at the front of the store offering this deal. Didn’t seam like a coupon was needed.
Will this only be applicable to one drink? Or all drink i order in 1 transaction?
It states one per person in the email, I don’t think you need to be selected to use though it just says reward members I think as long as you use your Starbucks card that anyone can get the deal
Just got back from Starbucks. Got 2 macchiatos half price n the cashier didn’t even look at the couon code from my app. She said she loaded it already 😀 maybe someone wants to try it without the email

I did this at my Safeway without a code and as many as I wanted. They actually announced it to the store about the deal while I was there.

I was at Safeway at around 2pm. Had not checked the app or email. However my toddler was crying a lot while driving. So took a break and headed to Safeway. And somehow it was either my toddler who could not stay in the Starbucks wait line or there was more than one person at the counter. So just decided no coffee today. Did some shopping and later I thought I deserve my mocchiato and was surprised to see the price so low and then I was told the Happyhour started just that minute. It was 3pm! I felt so glad and lucky lol 😀
