Does anybody have this and can give me an honest review?

I was wondering the same! Reading the reviews on Walmart, it appears that the wood pieces are thin and not that great of quality. I guess I’ll keep looking. 🙂

Yes, we bought this brand from Walmart and it was cheap quality. I was nervous anytime my kids played on it. Ended up replacing it. The wood was crap and creaked when they used the swings, and my girls were younger than 5

We have had this set for two years now. My son is 4 and daughter is 2. We paid full price for it. That being said it has held in ok but the wood is very thin. When my son swings in it the hole thing shakes. I would say keep looking and buy a higher quality one if I had to do it again. An adult definitely could not use it or sit in the bench.

We have a similar playground set for our kids and the wood is too thin, so you must be careful when choosing any play set that it is adequate for your children. The playsets look cool but the quality is what you need to look at and the safety for your children. Don’t always settle on the cheapest!

I have gifted this to my nephew . This is the best thing if you live in joint family . Or you have 2 or more kids at home . It’s very nice & kids safe

We have one of these. We got it on clearance for $150, so I don’t feel like I can complain much. BUT it’s not very good. We treated the wood and everything before assembling. It was up less than 2 months last summer and started to get spots all over several panels (mold?!). Additionally, some of the panels started peeling, creating a splinter hazard. Overall, I’m seriously not impressed. I’m glad we didn’t pay much for it, but next time I will pay more for a higher quality item.

The first thought I had when I saw the photo was, I wonder if the kids are photoshopped. That’s what they obviously do in pool ads to make it look like the pool is bigger than it is. They post miniature size kids & adults.

We bought a similar one from Wal-Mart on clearance about a year and a half ago for around $150. The wood is on the thin side, but it is holding up just fine for us! It does creak when my kids swing, but hasn’t really been an issue. All four of my girls enjoy playing on it (ages 12, 9, 6, and 2). I do need to take the time to treat the wood this year, though!

Thank you all for your honest reviews. I will keep looking!

We have this swing set and my daughter (3 year old) loves it. The wood is on the thinner side and the paint isn’t the best but it have held up ok over the last few years. We did add a few extra boards to hers in order to make the bench a little stronger so that we could join her at the table and on the areas that we added “toys” to the set. We will be repainting it this year but it shouldn’t take that much.

Beware… This is on the smaller size for a toddler. My 6 year old niece who is small had a hard time playing on it. It took forever to assemble with 2 pretty handy men. I found myself looking for something sturdier after 1 year as I felt it was not safe. The boards started to flake and the whole thing seemed to be warping. It was fine for a year for my 3 year old but I was very uneasy having her play on it especially with the wood flaking. We ended up with a metal lifetime swingset and couldn’t be happier.

Thanks for the reviews. We have been looking for something like this for our 5 year old GS. We will keep looking.

Hello!!! We have this set for almost a year now- was pretty shocked when I saw how thin the wooden boards were but it holds up fine for us. My kids are 3 and 4- I haven’t tried the swings yet but I did go up in the fort area no problem (I’m about 200 lbs) this will definitely hold them over for awhile!! 🙂

I have two little girls 1 and 2, would this playset last them a few years at least? I would love to get them something for the backyard.

Yes, I have had mine three years our boys were 1,2,&4 when we got it. They have enjoyed many hours on it. My now 7yr old is getting kind of big for it but still enjoys the swings and monkey bars. If you don’t want it to move when the older kids swing you will need to stake it down to the ground like the instructions tell you to do. The wood is thin like others have said but it is cedar which is also a lighter wood. Mine was a gift to my kids from their grandparents who got it on clearance for around $200. Just to buy the swings and slide without a swing set your looking at $100
