We use a similar tent as a sandbox for our toddler! I️t keeps animals out, the sand dry and if we remove the rain fly, it allows a breeze and keeps mosquitoes out!

I bought one of these last year; one of the poles snapped in half on the 2nd night I used it.
You can buy replacement poles and they are fairly cheap. I have found that most replacement poles to be a better quality than most that come with these low cost tents.
