My offer is $2 wyb 2 as well. But your final price is incorrect if you have the $2 wyb 1 offer. Since you can redeem up to 5 times per receipt, then you’d get $4 back, making them $4.26/2 (or $2.13 per) instead.

Keep an eye out at Target! Mine had the Birthday cones/sandwiches and chocolate cones on clearance at $2.08-$2.58.
