Got it for in store only also i don’t wanna bother going to the store 40-50 miles away if there machines aren’t working iv had that happen aton lately tried to go use the free 20 clothing had and another family had plus some points a while back and ended up wasting time lookin for clothes and then get up to the reg to checkout and then leave with nothing wasted a good 3-4 hours total what a waste of time had stuff in c art to pissed me off and then when yave pickup items have had that issue to lately that has been better if they dnt miss orders which happens alot ugh

I got it, but I don’t like shopping in store because the freecash never applies properly, and you don’t know until you checkout. Then you can either stand there arguing with a cashier who can’t do anything about it, pay for it, or just walk away. I had a $30/$40 in store, and because I was buying a tool with my Sears card I got a 5% off discount that they couldn’t remove, so ended up not being able to use the $30. Was annoyed as heck!
I have had similar experiences. The cashier says they can’t do anything about it. I’ve even called Shop Your Way Customer Service, but they just told me to return the item and try again. Lots of wasted time in store.
I have had issues too. The cashier said to not select anything on your account until you are ready to check out. It randomly selects anything that qualifies with your total. I was lucky enough to have a cashier “mark something down” enough to give me the additional money off.

When will this end? Can Kmart just go away already?? Points very seldom work, stores are all closed and so many orders I wasted my time trying to place have been canceled. 😤

That’s a lot like what happened to me. I checked my account the day this was posted on H2S. I had the $10 freecash that said it would expire 4/22. I looked just now, before heading to my local Sears to use it, and it’s no longer there. I now have no offers at all. What a joke! I’m so tired of giving them more chances. It’s no wonder Sears is dying a slow death.
