The aquaphor spray is pretty pricey ($12 for a full size can) so I wouldn’t buy it before I could try it. With this box I got to try it and love it! Walmart has the best beauty boxes in my opinion! Definitely worth your money!

I’ve never received the winter box. About done with them. Over the past year or so they have really declined in the beauty box customer service area
Same here! Charged for it the beginning of February, and now over 2 months later, no box. Apparently they’ve been “working around the clock” since at least mid-March and still can’t get them all shipped. I somehow can’t imagine how that can actually be the case. There aren’t *that* many people ordering Walmart beauty boxes. 🙂
I have the same issue. I still have not received my boxes. It still says processing and I can’t get anyone to answer me email questions about it.
I ordered mine 2 weeks ago and no box. I ordered another item which arrived in 5 days. And they dont answer email about the box. Guess I will call them

Same here – my confirmation e-mail says Beauty-Classic-Winter-2018. It’s past mid April…why would they send a Winter box, Very disappointing.

How odd. Once I get through the survey questions I am directed to the checkout page where I can enter all of my information. Are you using a mobile device? Sometimes that can create issues. If not, maybe try a different browser. Hope that helps!

BUYER BEWARE on this one…I’ve gotten this box for what is probably a few years now… but I am still waiting on the winter box that they charged me for at the beginning of February. It’s one thing to be delayed in shipping, but it’s pretty shady to bill for something and then not ship for that long. When I contacted them mid-March asking about the status, they just said they were working around the clock to get the boxes shipped. And here we are a month later… still no box. And from comments here and other places, this doesn’t appear to be a one-off situation, as other people have the exact same issue.
ALSO – this is not a one-time box, so once you give them your credit card number they will bill for each subsequent box. Which is fine as long as they actually ship the box. But it’s a little concerning when they auto-bill you but then don’t ship. It’s really easy to not even notice that they have done that. So, again, for $5 it sometimes has some fun things in it, but at this point I wouldn’t recommend them. There’s nothing worse than getting your credit card billed for something you never receive. Then again, it’s only 5 bucks, so if you’re willing to gamble… go for it. 🙂

I got that exact box last month. Usually its a hit or miss!
I have been getting these boxes for a little over a year now and I have not been dissatisfied. I like not knowing what I’m going to get until I open it! Some things I use, some I give a way, either way, it’s being used!
I really wish they did these individually. I don’t want to sign up for them, just want to get them when I feel like it or can afford them.
The last Walmart box I got, I got a deodorant with no lid (it didn’t fall off, there was just no lid at all). So the deodorant smooshed against everything in transit, and had no lid so it wasn’t like I could really use it (it usually goes in a drawer since our counters are small). I contacted the beauty box customer service, told them everything else could be cleaned but that the deodorant was useless and they sent me a replacement with no issue. So I feel like it’s a really good value for $5. Just wanted to share my good experience.
