Macy’s tends to have free shipping with a beauty purchase – as low as $3 for a face mask will do it! Worth a shot…
Or – utilize their “chat with us” feature under their contact us/support options – my cart wouldn’t apply the $20 off promo code even though I had items in there that qualified (including amt) and they helped me get it sorted out!
