Is a salad spinner good for anything else? I have one and has never used it.
You can spin it gently to dry strawberries and I use mine to dry cooked pasta that I plan to use in pasta salad so the dressing adheres. I use mine every week for salad greens. Fresh greens taste souch better than bag salads.
Wow regularly priced around 80 bucks for a salad spinner…I’d pass
For $85 this salad spinner better do the spinning for me. LOL
Too bad that romaine has been cancelled. #toosoon
I was at IKEA today and just happened to notice that they have a salad spinner there for $5.99…might be a better option if you’re looking to save and have an IKEA nearby.
I have this exact spinner and love it! We used to have the similar oxo spinner that was a plastic bowl prior to the stainless steel bowl option, but the plastic bowl cracked in half when it got dropped. This one is holding up great. We use it every few days at least! Great for any types of lettuce, spinach, kale, even broccoli. Love how efficiently it gets rid of most of the water after washing the greens.
Looks like good quality! I’m sad I missed this! …Just saw it this morning!
Marie if you have a Marshall TJ Max Ross or Burlington nearby try them much cheaper. I have this brand name and paid about $9.00 for has it a couple years. But I see these in store all the time. Good luck
