I asked the meat cutter and he said that hams are only seasonal at Target. Ours didn’t have any.
I purchased three but mine were 1.99 for the Archer Farms Spiral – But mine did have the $4.00 stickers on them (MN)
My target had spiral hams for .30 a pound! With the cartwheel offer, I paid $1.63! I snagged two!!
