Baked Ham & Cheese Party Sliders

If you’re looking for an easy and delicious way to feed a crowd, consider these awesome baked ham and cheese sliders – they are perfect for any holiday or football watching gathering! Plus, you can compile these ahead of time the day before and then stick them in the oven when you’re ready to eat.

Baked Ham & Cheese Party Sliders

(adapted from

1 pound thinly sliced deli ham
12 slices or 1 pound sliced Swiss cheese ( I used Muenster cheese)
24 soft mini dinner rolls like Hawaiian brand
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 and 1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire
1 and 1/2 tablespoons poppy seeds
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 tablespoon dried minced onion

How to make easy baked sandwiches

Directions: Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan or line with non stick foil. Cut mini sandwiches in half. I didn’t even separate the sandwiches before cutting – I just cut the whole pack in half. (Note: Two packs of Hawaiian brand 12 pack of mini rolls fit perfectly inside my pan). Layer meat first and then cheese and top with remaining ham. Put the top of the rolls back on. Whisk butter, mustard, poppy seeds, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Pour mixture over the tops of sandwiches. Bake in a preheated oven at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes until cheese is melted and slightly brown. To serve, cut with a spatula or knife. Serves 12 with 2 mini sandwiches each.

I served these at a recent holiday party and they were a huge hit and so yummy! They come out a little crispy around the edges and cheesy in the middle. Plus, I love how easy they are to compile – I may try these again with leftover ham from Christmas. Enjoy!
