I went this morning and coupon is not coming off automatically. They had to manually do it. She said there is an issue with the coupon.

Pays to check your receipt while at the store. Last week, I got home to see that I had been charged for two bags of grapes when I only purchased one. There was no use going back since it would be hard to prove I had only brought home one bag!

Thanks for the heads up. We had this same deal a few months ago at Fry’s in Arizona so I’m surprised that they gave it to us again. I think I’ll wait a few days until they get the glitch worked out because I dread waiting in line at customer service

I had the same issue this morning where the coupon didn’t come off. They told me they would take it off if I could pull it up on my phone and prove that there was a coupon for it.

Coupon didn’t come off so I told them I get them for free. They looked at me like I was an alien then they said if it’s free then it should come off from my card.
