They have a card you sign up for and then load the coupon to your card and give the cashier your card at the register.
Here in Wisconsin, our Kroger affiliate Pick n’ save also has Heilman’s Ketchup for free!

where these bars located
In my store they are located on the aisle with all the protein bars an shakes. Like whey, Gatorade protein snacks, goodness squares, powerbar and so forth. Its located by the “organic” section where you find simple truth stuff, nuts etc.
