Iv bought 2 rugs from here and they are great! Customer service is really good. If you get something that’s even slightly damaged they will most likely send you a replacement at no cost and they let you keep the one you have damaged.
Iv had no problem with my orders. My sister received an item that had a very slight nick to it and when she reviewed it they offered to send her a new one.
They have awesome customer service! I ordered a couch and had a window open on my phone to monitor shipping…. so when my 3yo was playing on it he ordered another $1700 couch. They returned his couch free of charge even after it had been picked up by the freight company. Amazing!
That made me giggle and almost vomit!

Ross TJ Max Marshall and Burlington are my picks for rugs . I found two small bath mats for $1.00 each and used them as floor mats in my car odd but it covers very well. Definitely check these stores also
