I just had the worst experience with ordering on Payless. I ordered 3 pairs of shoes, one came but didn’t fit and the other 2 never came! I tried to exchange the one that came and the sales girl at the store told me I’d have to pay the difference just to do an even exchange. I finally called after waiting 3 weeks for the other 2 pairs to come and they said they would refund my card because apparently they were never coming anyway??
