I checked my FREECASH points too it not showing up.
when you complete the survey did they tell you you earned 10 off 10 in the last screen, or did they tell you thank you for the survey only. if it is the latter you won’t get it. my wife never get it while I do. we need a whole talk with sywr they said it is a targeted survey

It looks like how you answer the survey if you choose you don’t have kids you wont get points that what happened with mine.My friend was able to finish her survey with kids and she got points right away.
I filled out the survey with no kids and was still able to get the Freecash points.
I did the survey and checked my shop your way account and $10 Free Cash points were not added to my account. I tried doing this survey offer the last time and the points were never added to my account.

This survey never works for me. It’s really weird. When I get to the spot to enter my address, I hit verify and it blanks out my address. It’s an endless loop. Oh well.

Charlin is right. On the Kmart website it said I had no freecash but it does show on my shopyourway website.
Mine is also on SYW, not the Kmart site.
Any suggestions on what to buy…everything I choose the points dont apply to at checkout and I made sure it was not any restricted items.

Does it ask you your names of kids, ages, etc.? I got that survey last time and no points.
It seems like they want too much personal information – I don’t want to give out my kids names and birthdays.
I didn’t want to give up that information either so I made up names and dates. I think that all they want to know is that you have kids so they can market toys and children’s items to you.

To everyone who didn’t received points after finishing the survey and take screen shot and email to shopyourway and they will add $10 as points valid until 08-31-18. They told me my email and phone numbers are not verified recently and they will be sending link to verify. I hope everyone gets their points.
