I thought this toy was really cool last year and bought it for my son for Christmas. I am really disappointed in it. The replacement cars were expensive (comparable to name brand Nerf) and it had to be on a flat surface to shoot the cars out. Needless to say, it now just sits in the “gun” bin at our house.

I agree. My son got this as a Christmas gift and was super excited until he tried to actually play with it. Half the time it wouldn’t work even when on a our tile kitchen floors. And there was absolutely no using it when it was on the carpet. Truly disappointed in this product.
My 6 year old son got this for Christmas and loves it. My boys make jumps for the cars to go flying over. The nice thing is that the cars are soft with plastic wheels, so they do not damage our hard wood floor or cabinets.

We bought one of these for my son as a birthday gift. Took it out of the box and it would not work. Returned it, and the 2nd one broke after 1 use. Disappointing as my son was excited to play with it and the idea of a Nerf car toy was exciting.
