For me, the cartwheel excludes clearance.
It might say it but it almost always works.
I got a blue one like the picture when they recently had a cartwheel offer. Maybe just the one I grabbed but the second drawer sticks. It’s not bad enough that I would return it but it does stick.

College dumpster days! 😁 we fill our cars with all of these and we give them all away!! LOVE when it’s graduation time!! We have dumpster dived our university for that last 10 years…. crazy what we get
