Activewear Pieces from Amazon You’ll Swear are Lululemon
Updated April 4, 2019.
Lululemon, the effortlessly cool activewear line that made athleisure a trend, may have met their match. Something they’re known for (even more than their amazing Align Pants) are their particularly high prices. I’m not going to start the debate of whether or not the price points are justified, but I will say that there are very similar options out there for just a fraction of the cost.
Check out our comparison of almost identical activewear pieces that will give you all the same style and comfort, but for much less. And they’re all from Amazon!
Keep in mind that prices often fluctuate on Amazon, so the prices listed below are just the average prices we’ve seen for these specific products.
1. Racerback Tank
Lululemon Cool Racerback $48 vs. 90 Degree by Reflex Racerback $13
We seriously could not tell the difference between these two tanks. They both share the same stretch fabric, same shape, and even the same logo placement. However, it’s crazy not to notice the price difference…
While the Lululemon Cool Racerback tank is a classic, the Amazon option is just under 70% off the luxury competitor price! You’ll see even more of a discount if you buy them in the 2-packs.
2. Strappy Sports Bra
- Lululemon Energy Bra $52 vs. CRZ YOGA Strappy Bra (runs small) $20
- Lululemon Free to Be Zen Bra $48 vs. Dragon Fit Strappy Bra $17
- Lululemon Free to Be Bra $48 vs. CRZ YOGA Cross Back Bra $18
Some of our favorite items from Lululemon are their super cute sports bras. Not only are the strappy details so fun, but the prints and colors are abundant. That said, paying around $50 each is not our fave, so we were ecstatic when we found tons of options on Amazon just like their Lululemon counterparts — all around 60% less! These are perfect in the summer under loose fitting tanks!
3. Running Shorts
- Lululemon Tracker Shorts V $58 vs. CRZ YOGA Running Shorts $24
- Lululemon Run Times Shorts II $58 vs. Lapasa Running Shorts $22
- Lululemon Spring Break Away Shorts $58 vs. 90 Degree by Reflex Lounge Shorts starts at $10
We found quite a few options for running and lounging shorts to help you beat the summer heat in style. Our finds look similar to Lululemon (even down to the convenient zipper pockets), but they average out to be almost 75% cheaper.
4. Fitted Jacket
Lululemon Define Jacket $118 vs. 90 Degree by Reflex Full Zip Jacket $39.99
This is by far the most impressive dupe we’ve found for Lululemon activewear. The Lululemon Define Jacket, which rings in at over $100, has tons of style and functionality so it’s no wonder why it’s such a popular item. That said, you can get pretty much the same version for under $40 on Amazon — seriously!
It has the same thumbholes, nearly the same seams, and the same logo placement! The only difference is it’s a whopping nearly $80 cheaper!
An even more similar jacket option is the Queenie Ke Slim Fit Jacket! It has the same rounded seams on the front side of the jacket making it almost indistinguishable from Lululemon!
5. Long Sleeve Running Shirt
Swiftly Tech Long Sleeve Crew $78 vs. LWJ 1982 Long Sleeve Running Shirt $19
Of course, this long sleeve fitted crewneck shirt is cute enough to buy for the style, but did you know that they’re actually sweat-wicking and anti-microbial, too? This means they stay dry and won’t stink! While Lululemon may have more color options, the top by LWJ 1982 features similar, breathable fabric and perforated panels but is 75% cheaper — that’s a no-brainer to us! 😆
6. Leggings
Lululemon Align Pant II $98 vs. 90 Degree by Reflex Leggings average price around $23
Now for the product you’ve probably been waiting for — the leggings. It’s no secret that Collin LOVES the Align pant for their buttery soft feel and the comfortable waistband that stays put.
That said, the 90 Degree leggings are quickly becoming a favorite among the Hip2Save team! They feature the same moisture-wicking 4-way stretch material, the high waist tummy control top, and TONS of fun colors! At over 75% less than the Lululemon price, you can stock up without depleting your bank account.
Hip Tip: Worried about not liking the fit of something you buy on Amazon? You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Amazon within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Just when we thought we couldn’t love Amazon any more than we already do, they go and give us a reason to replenish our athleisure wardrobe. At least I’m not stretching my budget! 💃

Costco has Canandian made items like tights, shorts, jackets etc. on random occasion that are pretty impressive dupes. They tend to be $20 or less. Makes me wonder if they are made in same factories since they all say Made in Canada. I will try to update you guys next time I see something 🙂
I bought these leggings based solely on your recommendation and am very disappointed. Although the style and fit of the pants is very similar to the LuLuLemon pants, the fabric is extremely different and almost itchy. I wish you would have mentioned that.
I agree…these are not anything like Lululemon…very disappointed.
The leggings are not the same material as Align. I really wanted a dupe for the material, as that is the Align’s biggest draw over other high waisted yoga pants. The dimensions are similar and the 90degree material isn’t bad, but it’s not buttery
This brand is also at Marshalls and TJ Maxx!
I’m a big fan of C9 at Target. They hold up well and because they are in store, I can try them on and feel the material to check the quality.
I saw a leggings comparison on GMA not too long ago and the C9 was very highly rated. Best Buy for the money.
Lululemon is so overrated. I like Old Navy and JCP brand better.
I bought these leggings on Amazon based solely on this recommendation. I’ve never owned Lululemon so can’t compare them. I received them the beginning of the week and after wearing them for a day I noticed they are already starting to bobble around my inside thigh. Has anyone else noticed this?
For the price I thought for the price the leggings and jacket were great! Would much rather have the extra money to spend on other things!
Would love to know which color that green jacket is Colin has on…the Spring Hill or Seaglass. Neither looks that same color on my Amazon page.
She is wearing the Queenie Ke jacket in the 2nd pic. It is the army green. I love the color. you can tell its by the lines on the chest its the Queenie and not the 90 degree 1. Hope that helps.
IcyZone Leggings and tops are hands down my favorite brand too. They pretty much feel like Lululemon’s quality or better and a fraction of the cost.
Love this post. Please update this for 2019! This is my favorite way to shop.
My preteen is saving up for some of the lululemon pieces and I will show her this when she gets home from school. She is still growing and thinks labels are silly so l think you will have made her day with that jacket.
Does anyone have another good dupe for the Lululemon Tracker Shorts V? the link for the FITIBEST Running Shorts is no longer working.
Tj Max , Marshall’s, and Ross often have the 90 degree brands. I bought a pair of leggings recently for $16.99!!! Love them!
If you are debating and want to try them on first – go to a TJ Maxx or Marshalls. They sell the 90 degree brand for really good deals. I know I’ve seen the jackets and tanks.
Target has 90 degree as well, so you can try on most of their lines. And I agree, they’re soooo comfy!!
Interesting! I’ve never seen 90 Degree at Target but I do love how Amazon offers free returns on certain apparel pieces so if something doesn’t end up fitting right, it’s very easy to ship it back for a refund or exchange.
Walmart has their version of the “Dragon Fit Strappy Bra” in their brand on clearance right now for $9 because i bought 2 this morning!
Oh cool! Thanks for the heads up, Jade! We’ll have to check for that!
