I actually purchased this for a pygmy goat with very little meat on her bones. We did not have to wrestle with her to get it on because the two velcro attachments, one on each side of the body, make a complete encircling of the body and stability in staying on well. It easily slipped over her horns and stayed in place with the body wrap and elastic straps that encircle each leg. We had a cold front and kept the jacket on her for 24 hrs for three days, and it held up beautifully. She was fine with it and even enjoyed having it on to keep her comfortable when cold enough for the need of such a nice jacket. She fit into the medium beautifully, and it made me feel better for her. I highly recommend!
I have a small bull mastiff, and he loves it! I bought him an XXL, and it fits him great! We tried other brands of coats, but his neck is so large that the other brands wouldn’t fit; this one fit in every way. We are very happy with this coat.
