Does anyone have one? I have limited space and this would be great. Wondering how well it works?

Three hours is pathetic. My front load dryer takes 35 – 50 minutes.

My usual wash cycle adds 54 minutes to the usual 35 minutes in the dryer. That is a total of 1 hour 29 minutes. Washing whites adds 85 minutes to the 35 minutes in the dryer. That is a total of 2 hours. I believe my stackable front load washer and front load dryer are from 2008.

3 hours is wash and dry time. Still high, 2 hours max for me with the biggest loads

I have an apartment size all-in-one and while I agree with others that 3 hours seems excessive it’s because of the way these things dry. However, I can throw a load of wash in at bedtime and wake up to dry laundry without having to flip flop it. That’s a nice feature! Like I said mine is a apartment size unit so it runs on a regular 110 plug and it’s small enough to fit under the kitchen counter. The full-size ones need 220 electric and are the size of a regular full size washer. If you have enough space I would go for stackables over this.

WoW! How EASY!!! No flipping clothes around! Wash AND Dry in ONE unit! PLUS takes up less room! I love this idea!!! Anyone actually have one of these!

Teresa, they sound great, but relatives of ours have experience with them in their RV. They didn’t care for the all in one as it took forever to dry. They said it was easier to just go to a laundry mat. I guess if you are looking to simply have the option of drying, it would be great as long as you hung things out to dry — which we do anyway. Only very rarely do we dry things in our regular sized dryer (more so to get lint out and in a pinch to dry it fast).

I’ve always wanted to get 2 of these and put them where my current washer and dryer are. Think of the laundry you could churn out! Of course, by the time I can get them, I probably won’t have any more kiddos around and won’t need to do that much laundry. Life is ironic like that! LOL

So I do have one of these and yeah it does take some time to run but that’s if you load it full and it does do a great job as of today I have had mine for a year and three months and I did buy the warranty three years just because it’s was 1600+ dollors when I purchased it well it broke today and I have a issue with the way they put this thing together there are 4 corse thread screws that hold down the blower that thread into plastic and then there is three machine scews that hold that rest of the heater tube and blower down to that drum incloser after being screwed down to the drum incloser it is moving with the drum now those 7 screws have managed to back out and now my washer/dryer does not work with that broke lose it ripped the top of the door seal where the blower tube attachment is making water fling all over the components inside of the washer/dryer soaking my floor and blowing my breaker as of now I just want people to know what is going on if anyone else has experienced this matter please let me know I want to be able to have Kenmore or who ever makes these aware so it can be corrected and fixed manufacturer defect you know otherwise this is a great unit other then the company not putting lock tight on the scews so they couldn’t back out I really hope this isn’t a issue but if it is it needs to be fixed it’s not a cheap unit so should be fixed property
