I cannot say enough GOOD things about this company!!!! I have ordered several pairs for my young son and they are super durable and nice looking. I even ordered the wrong size the first time and when they sent me an email to ask about my glasses I mentioned that they didn’t fit (too big) and he wasn’t able to wear them. They offered to send a new pair free of charge and told me to donate the other pair!!!

i have had bad customer service here a couple times, also. but, here is my opinion: i have ordered over 50 pairs of glasses from them. (4 in my family need glasses, and we order maybe 2-3 pairs each, per year.) i have been using this company for years. i figure, even if i get some pairs that are not useable, that’s maybe once out of 12 pairs. i still saved hundreds and hundreds of dollars even if one or two random pairs are wrong, or bad quality.
yes, they have made a mistade before, but i am still coming out way ahead. the huge majority of pairs we get are excellent quality and perfect Rx. we get compliments on our glasses all the time, and i don’t feel bad when my young children break a pair.
i keep using this company, and i know to myself that maybe once every 3 years i get a dud, and i move on.
I’ve donated the pairs that my daughter doesn’t use to the lions club in our town. They help others who can’t afford glasses and send some to other countries.
we donate ours at the optical counter at Costco — it’s super convenient for pairs with old prescription or wrong Rx. they just have a box sitting there on the counter to put the glasses in.
I had a great experience with them when my daughters frames broke, they sent me a new pair no questions asked.
