Shipping is free on orders over $54.99; otherwise, it is a flat rate of $7.99.
Do NOT order from Crocs.com. Their customer service is non existent. I ordered something from them during their last sale and I still don’t know if it’s cancelled or in process. Amazon has some crocs for a reasonable price.

I ordered some Croc flip flops after reading how comfortable they are. They rubbed a blister on my foot within an hour. I can’t return them since they are worn.
they cancelled an order from me post before last. made me so mad and I decided not to order from them. But a few days later they had another clearance sale and the shoes I was ordering were even cheaper then the cancelled order. I believe this one is being shipped right now. so one more chance, crocs.
A trick I read with sandal crocs is heat them up, then wear them with socks to stretch them to your foot. google that for more info on it.
I’ve ordered from Crocs.com several times and had no issues. They even gave me a full price credit for a pair of Crocs that ripped that I had gotten on sale. Maybe we’ve just been lucky. We probably have at least twenty pairs of Crocs of some type here.

Thanks – just ordered 2 pairs of flip flops. I have ordered from Crocs several times and haven’t had any issues. The few pairs of Crocs I have are comfortable and they don’t seem to bother my bunions which is crucial for me.
Orders place approx 4x and have never had a problem. Only flip flops My daughter and I ever wear. Extremely comfortable, lots of cute colors and last forever. No complaints.
I’m not sure yet about Crocs. I have ordered 3 times so far. My most recent order was Friday. One hour later the sale changed and the same shoes I bought were cheaper. I emailed asking for proce adjustment and they said they don’t do that. I don’t like that they wouldn’t do that when my order hadn’t even shipped yet. I also don’t like that you pay shipping then need to pay restocking fees plus return shipping. They don’t offer anything to entice customers to even feel confident in placing an order.
