I don’t know if they’ve improved but I tried them years ago and it was a pain in the hiney to cancel the subscription. I’ve never ordered from them since then so I hope they’ve improved their business processes in that time.

I have been a Julep Maven since 11/15. I LOVE all their products. The polish lasts for a good 2 weeks on my nails. Their beauty products are wonderful for all ages and skin tones. It’s easy to skip a month or months. Plus they have great sales in the Secret Store! I had a few different beauty box subscriptions at one time, Julep is the only one I kept!

I’m trying to add only the skincare items to my box (I have enough makeup right now, thanks to all the deals Hip2Save posts!) But for some reason the other skincare items disappear after I add the first one. Does anyone have any advice?
It does look like if you choose “makeup and skincare” that you will not be able to grab just skincare items. I was able to add a second skincare item after I chose a makeup item. Hope that helps!
That worked. I was able to get the Korean Skincare cleansing oil and charcoal sponge, which are the main things I wanted, plus a cream to shadow stick – I mean, there really is no such thing as too much makeup 😉

Hmm, code JUST4YOU still applies for me as listed above. Be sure that you enter the code in the promo code box and not the gift card box as they are beside each other. Hope that helps!

Just remember, when you order this, you automatically get signed up for their subscription service which is $26.99 a month. It is also extremely difficult to cancel the service. It took me 2 months, multiple emails, and then I finally had to go through PayPal to cancel it. I sent the last box back to them for a refund 2 months ago and still have not received my refund and they refuse to respond to any of my emails.
