DO the coupons come off now before the gift card is prompted? Meaning if I bought items that totaled just over 25.00

Your total has to be $25 before coupons to get the gift card. So your total will be less after the coupons and you will still get the gift card.

How do I use the digital coupons? I clipped them I have just never used any at Target before- do I just have them scan the cartwheel thing or is there something different that I must do?
Yes, if you have them clipped just go have them scan your Cartwheel bar code at checkout and it will come off. Hope that helps!
