Dyson is amazing! But I would totally skip the ball and go to their new slim stick. Go to a local bed bath and beyond and hold one of each and you will completely understand why. Not only is the slim stick cordless meaning it can go anywhere, but it is extremely light and easy to use.
I have had Dyson with ball for past 5 years, no problem whatsoever. Best purchase ever made.
Also don’t buy the refurbished ones from amazon. I’ve had nothing but trouble with mine. You mind as well spend the extra money and get a new one with a warranty.
