I liked mine too until it started leaking everywhere. Plus it started going through a lot of soap (more on the floor and not through the machine 😒).
Anyone know if this will work on rugs?
I have a very similar hoover and mine works just fine on my rugs. We have hardwoods and it pulls enough water up that I don’t worry about the floors getting ruined.
I have this machine and recommend it. I like that it keeps the clean water and dirty water separate. Just used it yesterday for a much needed rug cleaning.

I have been looking for one for a while now. After reading all your comments I decided to purchase one. I hope I like it as much as you all do.

I’m still on the fence on this one because the reviews on Amazon are not stellar and it sounds like Hoover customer service does not stand behind their products.
