How do Bonus Rewards work?
Bonus rewards are issued the next day after the promotion posts and the reward certificates are valid for 60 days after the date of issuance. Reward certificates can be redeemed at any Office Depot or OfficeMax store, online or by phone at 1.800.463.3768.
Note that reward certificates cannot be used on purchases of any gift or prepaid cards and no extensions or exchanges will be allowed for expired rewards certificates.
Simply log in or create your account at OfficeDepot.com/rewards and click on “View My Rewards Certificates” to view and print your unexpired reward certificates. You can also access your rewards certificates on your smartphone after creating an online account.

If you use your rewards to pay for any of these items, you will NOT receive rewards. I made that mistake last week.

I really needed the colored paper but it is ONLY store pick up by me and my closest store is 60 miles away. Sigh.
The coupon codes on the link you added didn’t work for me. But, there are coupon codes on their home page. I clicked those and they worked.
Can you use the 30% coupon on regular items too? it would be nice to save on the out of pocket amount.

Does anyone know of restrictions on what you can buy with the rewards? Specifically, can they be used on printer ink cartridges and items that are on sale (if you are not trying to get rewards on that item).

Reward certificates cannot be used on purchases of any gift or prepaid cards. You can redeem rewards in up to a limit of 3 transactions per day, when accessing via our cash registers at check out in store for redemption. Remaining balances will display on the bottom of your store receipt and online.

Would also add that the B2G1 on sanitizer is on all cleaning products. So if you do not want three, just grab something else that’s $5 or less.

I am confused how this works.Last week, the store has me pull up a bar code to scan so I could get the rewards. I am not seeing that this week. Do I just buy the items with my phone number and automatically get the rewards?
